Hydrogen Fuel Cells: DOE Finds Faster, Cheaper Catalyst

The Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) has discovered a way to increase hydrogen production 1,000-times in water-based protic ionic liquid with a cheaper nickel catalyst that enables fuel cells to be recharged in 90 seconds.
