Gintech to raise additional paid-in capital of NT$1.204 billion

Solar cell maker Gintech Energy will issue 70 million new shares at NT$17.20 (US$0.54) per share, 16.50% lower than the closing price of NT$20.60 on January 17, to raise additional paid-in capital of NT$1.204 billion for repaying bank loans, according to the company.
