The Mechanical Technology Research and Development Center under National Cheng Kung University, southern Taiwan, on December 5 signed an MoU with SLM Solutions Group AG, a Germany-based developer of metal-based SLM (selective laser melting) additive manufacturing (3D printing) machines, for cooperation to use the center's aluminum metal power for 3D printing metal components.
