Gemtek Technology cooperates with Malaysia-based Axiata to deploy LoRa networks in 10 countries

Networking/communication device maker Gemtek Technology has cooperated with Malaysia-based telecom conglomerate Axiata Group Berhad to deploy LoRa, a LPWAN (low-power wide area network) wireless communication technology, networks specifically for IoT applications in 10 countries in Southern and Southeast Asia, according to company chairman and president Howard Chen.
