Taiwan October unemployment rate down on month, up on year, says DGBAS

Taiwan had 464,000 jobless citizens in October 2016, equivalent to an unemployment rate of 3.95% which dropped 0.04pp point on month but rose 0.05pp on year, according to statistics released by the Directorate-General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics (DGBAS) on November 22.
