GCL-Poly Energy launches TS series solar-grade polycrystalline black silicon wafers

China-based GCL-Poly Energy Holdings has launched TS-series solar-grade polycrystalline black silicon wafers. Cells made from the wafers have energy conversion rates of 18.8-19.0% 0.2-0.4pp higher than cells made from general solar-grade wafers, according to the company.
