Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) has purchased machinery equipment from Tokyo Electron, United Integrated Services and Topco Quartz Products for a total of NT$1.36 billion (US$43.3 million), according to a company filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE).
