China market: Suning, Alibaba to form e-commerce joint venture

Suning.com, a subsidiary of China-based retail giant Suning Commerce Group, will form a CNY1 billion (US$148.41 million) e-commerce joint venture with the Alibaba Group in Chongqing, China, according to a China-based finance.sina.com report, citing a statement released by Suning.
