Apple announces fiscal 4Q16 results

Apple has announced quarterly revenues of US$46.9 billion and net income of US$9 billion, or US$1.67 per diluted share, for its fiscal fourth-quarter ended September 24, 2016. These results compare to revenues of US$51.5 billion and net income of US$11.1 billion, or US$1.96 per diluted share, in the year-ago quarter.
