Specialty DRAM and flash chipmaker Winbond Electronics has disclosed revenues for July 2016 climbed to the highest since August 2010, while mask ROM and flash specialist Macronix International's July revenues soared to a 21-month high. Meanwhile, DRAM firm Nanya Technology saw its July revenues increase 6.2% sequentially.
