Sigfox, a France-based developer of low-power long-range wireless communication technology specifically for IoT, hopes to cooperate with Taiwan-based semiconductor and device makers because IoT entails a large volume of sensor and terminal devices and Taiwan-based makers are competitive in manufacturing capability, according to Sigfox founder and CEO Ludovic Le Moan.
