Chipbond 1H16 profits fall

Driver-IC backend specialist Chipbond Technology has reported net profits of NT$596 million (US$18.9 million) for the first half of 2016, down 38.4% from a year earlier, while consolidated revenues declined 10.2% on year to NT$7.72 billion.
