TSMC to Adopt Extreme Ultraviolet at 5nm

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC), the world's largest foundry, said it will fully implement extreme ultraviolet (EUV) lithography to make 5nm chips by the end of this decade.
