TSMC spends NT$2.2 billion on equipment

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) spent a total of NT$2.19 billion (US$68.2 million) on machinery equipment from Applied Materials, Daifuku, Entegris and Kashiyama, according to filings the company issued with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE) on July 19 and 20.
