TSMC orders equipment for NT$4.6 billion

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) spent a total of NT$4.585 billion (US$141.7 million) on machinery equipment from KLA-Tencor, Screen Semiconductor Solutions and Tokyo Electron, according to filings the company issued with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE) on July 4 and 5.
