Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) spent a total of NT$1.72 billion (US$53.6 million) on manufacturing and facility equipment from Mirle Automation, Screen Semiconductor Solutions and United Integrated Services, according to filings the company issued with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE) on July 7 and 11.
