Ardentec to buy 75% stake in Giga

Semiconductor wafer testing service provider Ardentec has agreed to acquire up to 75% of its Taiwan-based firm Giga Solution Tech for NT$24 (US$0.75) per share, or a total of about NT$2.17 billion.
