Taiwan 4G Internet download speeds average 40.87Mbps in 1Q16, says NCC

Mobile broadband Internet download speeds in Taiwan during first-quarter 2016 reached at an average 40.87Mbpa for 4G networks and 8.84Mbps for 3G, according to the National Communications Commission (NCC).
