Sanan Optoelectronics to put 50 MOCVD sets into use at end of 2016

The largest China-based LED epitaxial wafer and chip maker Sanan Optoelectronics, despite global overcapacity for LED chips, will begin operation of 50 new MOCVD sets at the end of 2016, and this is likely to push down LED chip prices, according to industry sources.
