JA Solar USA asks DOC to include Vina Solar, Boviet Solar in anti-dumping tariff review

While the US Department of Commerce (DOC) is reviewing anti-dumping tariff rates that has been imposed on Taiwan-based solar cell makers since December 2014, JA Solar USA has requested DOC include Vietnam-based PV module makers Vina Solar Technology and Boviet Solar Technology in the review, according to industry sources.
