ASE SPIL say supply not affected by Japan quake

IC packagers Advanced Semiconductor Engineering (ASE) and Siliconware Precision Industries (SPIL) have said their supply chains will not be affected by two major earthquakes that struck Kumamoto Prefecture in Japan on April 14 and 16.
