United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) has announced that its board of directors has approved the company's 2015 business report and financial statements, reporting consolidated revenues last year reached NT$144.83 billion (US$4.45 billion), with net income attributable to the shareholder of the parent totaling NT$13.449 billion and earnings per share coming to NT$1.08.
