SPIL says management on the same page regarding ASE takeover bid

Siliconware Precision Industries (SPIL) has published a statement in Taiwan's local newspapers saying management is on the same page with the company's chairman Bough Lin regarding a potential takeover bid by rival Advanced Semiconductor Engineering (ASE). If what they call the hostile takeover takes place, the management will follow Lin's lead whether to leave or stay with the company.
