Largan Precision to buy land for construction

Smartphone-use lens module maker Largan Precision has obtained priority to purchase a government-developed site of 13,646 square meters (3.38 acres) beside its under construction factory for NT$1.93 billion (US$57.8 million). The land is zoned for factory/office mixed use, according to the company, adding that the new factory will be completed before the end of the second quarter of 2016.
