Hewlett-Packard Enterprise (HPE), National Chiao Tung University and Chung Hua University have cooperated in research based on government-provided open data as well as IoT (Internet of Things) and Big Data analytical technologies to derive value-added information for setting up intelligent transportation systems in Taiwan, according to HPE Taiwan.
