GaAs IC foundry Win Semiconductors plans to reduce its capital by NT$1.79 billion (US$55.35 million) or 30% to NT$4.177 billion in order to improve its financial structure and shore up its return on equity (ROE). Win also cut its capital by 20% in 2015.
