E.U. Tackles III-V on CMOS

The European Union (E.U.) announced a new three-year, $47 million program to integrate III-V channels on complementary metal oxide semiconductors (CMOS) called "Integration of III-V Nanowire Semiconductors for Next Generation High Performance CMOS SoC Technologies" (Insight).
