ChipMOS sees net profits down over 30% on year in 2015

LCD driver IC packaging and testing firm ChipMOS Technologies has reported net profits of NT$2.23 billion (US$67.9 million) for 2015, down 32.6% from a year earlier. EPS for 2015 stood at NT$2.54 compared to NT$3.87 a year ago.
