Pegatron to buy back 50 million shares

Pegatron Technology on January 21 announced it will buy back 50 million common shares of its stock at a price interval of NT$46.30-80.00 (US$1.37-2.37) per share during the period from January 22 to March 21, 2016, or a maximum spend of NT$4 billion.
