Order visibility prior to Lunar New Year remains unclear, say Taiwan IC designers

Taiwan-based IC design houses have expressed caution about the first quarter of 2016 citing unclear order visibility. Customers are still reluctant to place orders despite the approach of the Lunar New Year, according to sources at the companies.
