Sinopower Semiconductor, an IC design house specializing in power discrete devices (MOSFET and IGBT) and high-voltage power ICs (HV IC), will list on the Taiwan over-the-counter (OTC) stock market at an initial price of NT$28.80 (US$0.87) per share on January 7.
