Huawei, Xiaomi to release sub-13-inch 2-in-1 devices

China-based Huawei Device is set to launch its first notebook in April using a 12.9-inch display and Windows 10, while Xiaomi Technology will launch a notebook with a sub-13-inch display and a dual-operating system (OS) design using Windows 10 and MIUI, according to a Chinese-language NetEase report.
