Electron beam (e-beam) inspection tool and solution provider Hermes Microvision (HMI) has posted net profits of NT$2.32 billion (US$69.1 million) on consolidated revenues of NT$6.65 billion for 2015, representing decreases of 8% in revenues and 28% in profits.
