GaN Systems, a maker of gallium nitride power transistors, has announced that its foundry partner Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing (TSMC) has expanded production of products based on GaN System's proprietary Island technology by 10 times in response to surging global demand from consumer and enterprise customers.
