Embedded non-volatile memory (eNVM) IP provider eMemory Technology is expected to post revenue growth of 15-20% sequentially in the fourth quarter of 2015, thanks to a pick-up in orders for smartphone-use driver ICs, according to a Chinese-language Economic Daily News (EDN) report.
