Epistar may cut output in 4Q15

LED epitaxial wafer and chip maker Epistar is likely to reduce production, decreasing utilization from an average of 70% in third-quarter 2015 to 60% in the fourth quarter in order to lower inventory, according to company chairman Lee Biing-jye.
