Asustek Computer to reorganize system business group

Asustek Computer, to cope with drastic changes in business environment, will reorganize its System Business Group to two new business units: the Personal Computing Business Unit, which is responsible for notebooks and desktops and consisting of two divisions and two R&D centers; and the Mobile Computing Business Unit responsible for smartphones and tablets and consisting of two divisions, two software R&D centers and a supply chain management center.
