The European Commission has announced that 21 Taiwan-based crystalline silicon solar cell makers and PV module makers have passed its anti-circumvention investigation, meaning that these makers' exports to Europe will be exempt from EU anti-dumping tariffs of 53.4% and anti-subsidization tariffs of 11.5%.
