Startup Launches Record Resolution 150Mpixel Sensor

The Chinese startup Gpixel has created what it calls the world's highest-resolution CMOS image sensor using the TS18IS process at the Tower Semiconductor foundry. The technology has uses in the medical, industrial, and scientific markets.
