In a 14x9mm package measuring 6.5mm high, IQD’s IQOV-162 series OCXO provides a frequency stability down to ±5ppb over the full industrial (–40 to 85°C) temperature range.
Available from 10 to 100MHz and operating from 3.3V, it consumes 600mA during warm up and takes less than 5 minutes to be within <100ppb of the final specification. 300mA is the maximum steady state @25°C.
Output can be specified as either HCMOS 15pF load or sinewave into a 50 Ohm load.
Phase noise is better than -150dBc/Hz @ 1kHz offset, and aging less than +/1500ppb per year.
Variants can be specified to include voltage control for pulling from +/-3 to +/-8ppm.
Applications are expected in CDMA base stations, femtocells, optical networking, 3G, 4G LTE, Ethernet, SoNET/SDH, ATM backplanes, SATA and satellite communications.
