Ilitek to ramp touchscreen controller ICs 20-30% in 2014

Buoyed by the release of new models, IC design house ILI Technology (Ilitek) is expected to ramp up shipments of its touchscreen controller ICs by 20-30% in 2014, according to industry sources.
