Taiwan Star Cellular adds 2 shareholders

Taiwan-based memory module maker Power Quotient International (PQI) and real estate developer Cathay Real Estate will invest NT$500 million (US$16.5 million) for a 2.5% stake and NT$1 billion for a 5% stake, respectively, in Taiwan Star Cellular, one of the six 4G mobile communication licensees in Taiwan, according to PQI and Cathay Real Estate.
