PCB makers to see HDI board lines at full capacity till year-end 2014

PCB suppliers including Unimicron Technology, Compeq Manufacturing and Unitech Printed Circuit Board are expected to see their HDI board production lines operate at full capacity until the end of 2014 due to strong demand from Apple and China-based handset makers, according to industry sources.
